Noweid practices in several aspects of Law with expertise in Commercial Law. With a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, Noweid has drafted numerous commercial contracts and has worked with various executives in Australia, the United Kingdom, Bangladesh, and Malaysia.
Noweid has previously served as a legal counsel in Bangladesh, and during his internship with the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecution, was commended for his excellence at legislative research.
He is able to provide bespoke commercial agreements for clients undertaking strategic projects, drafting research agreements, research and providing advice on privacy law, and advising investors on contracts among other skills. Having lived and studied in Bangladesh, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, and Australia, Noweid possesses a truly unique multi-cultural background.
