Neil brings common sense and broad expertise to the table in delivering creative practicable outcomes in most areas of commercial and property law. An independent thinker, Neil takes quiet enjoyment in the skill of painstakingly drafting all manner of documents plainly and succinctly. He also enthusiastically enjoys the “cut and thrust” of negotiating deals and disputes, and finding solutions. He especially relishes a good fight when collaborative approaches to resolve differences fail.
Much appreciated for his quick definition of the solutions available or required, Neil brings urgency to situations where delays can be catastrophic.
Can usually find time for a coffee and a chat. And always loves a challenge.
